Among the most important are the technology changes the office will need. Citizens of Kankakee County should be able to download forms from the office's website, yet, even a simple Quit Claim Deed form is not available to the general public online. I will change that. Digital Signatures One of the most important issues the next Recorder will have to tackle will be the use of Digital Signatures. Digital Signatures allow users to conduct nearly all business online in a safe and secure environment. By clicking here there is an example of how digital signatures can work for you. Customer Service I also want to improve customer service within the office. This office works for the taxpayers of Kankakee County and as your Recorder I will never forget that.
